Room Rates

Single occupancy - from £40 per night
Double room - from £60 per night

Payment Methods

We accept payment by cash and all major credit/debit cards except American Express. We require your credit/debit card details to secure the booking but no payment is taken until you arrive at Hawthorn House

Check In/Check Out

Check in time is between 4pm and 6pm (other times by arrangement)
Check out time is by 11am at the latest

Cancellation Policy

48 hours notice of cancellation is required, otherwise the room rate for the 1st night becomes payable.
We work 7 days a week, therefore 48 hours notice is required including weekends and Bank Holidays.
If a guest has reserved 4 rooms and wishes to cancel all 4 rooms without notice, then the cost of all 4 rooms for the 1st night becomes payable.
If guests are already booked in and staying with us, no refund will be made payable to them for the remaining nights if they decide to terminate their reservation with us.
