CANCELLATION POLICY
48 hours notice of cancellation is required, otherwise the room rate for the 1st night becomes payable.
We work 7 days a week, therefore 48 hours notice is required including weekends and Bank Holidays.
If a guest has reserved 4 rooms and wishes to cancel all 4 rooms without notice, then the cost of all 4 rooms for the 1st night becomes payable.
If guests are already booked in and staying with us, no refund will be made payable to them for the remaining nights if they decide to terminate their reservation with us .
